It's straightforward. I didn't have any major problems. The Bliaut skirt is cut on the bias and there is a lot of it so it's a very heavy gown to wear. I suggest you gather the sleeves before you attach them to the dress. Put the dress on and have someone help you make adjustments to the sleeves.
